SAD & LIGHT THERAPY LAMPS

LIGHT THERAPY IS PRESENTLY BEING USED TO ADDRESS BOTH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ISSUES. To mention a few examples, some forms of bipolar disease have been managed by the use of visible light of specific colors and/or intensity or/and timing and/or duration of exposure, into the eye. The same is true of insomnia and seasonal affective disorder (SAD). NOTE: examples of light which humans cannot see, which is invisible to humans, would be ultraviolet light and infrared light. Whereas a mouse cannot see red light that a human can see, but a mouse can see ultraviolet light that a human can not see. Thus, for each species the light wavelengths/colors that are visible differs.
